Sales Development Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, and building strong relationships with businesses that sell through ecommerce channels. This role is crucial for driving ou growth by identifying and nurturing opportunities with businesses looking to optimize their sourcing and fulfillment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively reach out to potential small business clients through cold calls, emails, and social media channels to generate new leads and opportunities.
· Conduct initial qualification of leads based on their needs, interest level, and potential for partnership with HyperSKU.
· Schedule product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value and benefits of our services.
· Collaborate closely with the team to transfer qualified leads for further development and closure.
· Maintain an accurate and detailed log of your activities and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
· Attend and participate in sales team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for engaging potential clients.
· Stay informed of ecommerce trends and industry best practices to effectively communicate the value proposition of HyperSKU.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, Lead Generation Specialist, or similar role in sales or marketing.
· Understanding of the ecommerce or logistics industry, particularly in areas related to product sourcing, store operations, and order fulfillment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
· Highly motivated and target driven, with a proven track record of achieving sales quotas.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
