Sales Development Representative will possess a mix of administrative, sales and customer engagement skills to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.  Daily responsibilities will include identifying prospects, creatively networking, and setting appointments for potential prospects. Managing inbound sales inquiries, coordinating appropriate follow-up, scheduling sales actions from business development efforts, and keeping the associated sales activities up to date via Salesforce through hand off to the sales representatives.   We’re looking for someone who is excited about taking on new challenges, focused on a customer-centric career, and looking to join a fun, positive, and constantly evolving team. The Responsibilities: 

  • Prospecting
  • Facilitate inbound calls and provide a high quality of response and service.  
  • Execute outbound call and email activities to qualify leads
  • Support online chat. Engage with customers and potential clients to understand and address their needs and appropriately route them to the best customer service, technical support, or sales as needed.
  • Maintain intimate knowledge of all NexTraq solutions and services
  • Coordinate with customers and prospects to schedule sales appointments
  • Handle inbound customer requests and ensure that they are properly fielded, handled to satisfaction, and documented.
  • Manage correspondence with customers and prospects
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Perform follow-up for sales and business development as needed
  • Coordinate with Marketing on sales and business development campaigns
  • Properly document customer interactions within Salesforce


The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ sales experience preferred 
  • Prefer Atlanta based
  • Team player who thrives in a highly collaborative environment

  • Highly organized and proactive multi-tasker who can effectively manage multiple work streams
  • Extroverted, outgoing personality with a positive, customer service attitude
