Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of our corporate office and regional locations. This key senior leader will e responsible for overseeing the internal operations, financial oversight of the company's budget, and the designing and implementation of systems capable of supporting the Company as it grows.

The COO role is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented management professional to have a tremendous impact by focusing on the refinement and optimization of day-to-day operations throughout the Company. The COO will oversee the Operations Team, which includes the Retail Division, Food & Beverage Division, IT, Procurement, and Facilities Management.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader who is able to effectively manage and empower people to achieve results. The COO must have a strong work ethic, a commitment to clear goals and measurable outcomes, and the ability to learn quickly and work well in a team environment.

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Oversee and manage all operational activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking
- Lead and mentor a team of senior leaders to drive operational excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience of operations leadership of progressive, senior management experience in food service management with multi-unit experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a COO or similar position
- Multi-site, multi-state experience with proven skills identifying operational & financial opportunities while showing success with action plan results.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time
