Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team. As the Medical Provider, you will assess and evaluate the delivery of psychiatric and physical care to clients in the program, ensuring that the services provided are in accordance with company policies and procedures, standard operating procedures, philosophy, objectives, and mission statement. This role is integral in delivering comprehensive medical care to our patients, focusing on substance abuse disorders, detoxification processes, and co-occurring mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality medical care to patients in various stages of recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Conduct physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe medications and monitor patients’ response to treatments.
• Offer guidance, support, and education to patients and their families.

Job Type: Part Time (20-30 hours per week)

Qualifications:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, or a related healthcare field (preferred)
• Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and other addiction treatment modalities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work compassionately with a diverse patient population.
• DEA registration and X-Waiver.
