What We Expect of You

• Have local knowledge of the community and the team's listing inventory to answer inquiries on these homes and the surrounding neighborhood.

• Consistently reach out and follow-up with ample offered opportunities and leads to grow your sales opportunities.

• Collaborate with clients to determine their home wishlist, show homes which meet their needs.

• Lead negotiations with your clients best interest in mind, and in a collaborative manner to enforce a successful home sale.

• Nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral clientele.

Qualifications

• A valid Real Estate License is required with a min of 1-3 years experience preferred

• A proven record of at least 7 closed sales is preferred

• Engaging personality, great attitude, self-motivated, driven, honest and able to perform tasks independently

• Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, time management, computer and organization skills

• A desire to learn & excel
