Overview: As a Social Media Coordinator for Hannah S Temme, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engagement, and growth across various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to curate compelling content, interact with followers, and analyze performance metrics. You will play a crucial role in amplifying the influencer's personal brand and connecting with their audience in meaningful ways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop creative and engaging content ideas aligned with the influencer's brand and messaging.
- Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Collaborate with the influencer and creative team to produce high-quality photos, videos, and graphics.
- Community Engagement:
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and engaging with followers authentically.
- Foster a positive and interactive community by initiating conversations, asking questions, and encouraging user-generated content.
- Identify opportunities for collaboration, partnerships, and cross-promotion with other influencers and brands.
- Audience Growth and Retention:
- Implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement organically and through targeted advertising campaigns.
- Analyze audience demographics, behaviors, and preferences to tailor content and optimize performance.
- Develop and execute initiatives to retain and re-engage existing followers, such as contests, giveaways, and exclusive content.
- Performance Tracking and Analysis:
- Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize content, and achieve growth objectives.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the influencer, management team, and external partners to align social media efforts with overall branding and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate content calendars, campaign schedules, and promotional activities to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent branding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our social media presence competitive and innovative.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in social media management, preferably within the influencer or digital marketing industry.
- Experience with creating collages in Canva and posting on Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
