We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team at TechArts, a leading AV Integration Company. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our executive and sales teams in managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth communication with clients on behalf of sales and executive staff. This position requires a dynamic, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-budget, professional environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage customer-facing calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate customer meetings for the directors and executive sales team.
• Assist with correspondence and outreach with customers.
• Assist with identifying customer expectations and insure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for client meetings and internal discussions.
• Serve as a central point of contact between customers and the sales team and internal departments.
• Assist executives with managing correspondence, certifications, requirements, and sales-related opportunities from government marketplace entities on the federal, state, and local levels.
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and partners to coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities.
• Follow up with customers and leads with a response time that exceeds customer expectations.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading emails, proposals, and other correspondence.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales materials, including brochures, product information, and presentations.
• Monitor, respond to, and manage sales inquiries, route them to the appropriate team members, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist CEO and sales and marketing team with providing and coordinating information, content and assets for social media marketing, PR opportunities, and email automation with marketing team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) software and record accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned.
