Position: Home Health CEO or COO

Salary: $120,000 to $160,000 + Bonuses + 100% paid employee Benefits

A home healthcare agency that provides a range of medical and non-medical services to individuals in the comfort of their own homes in the Northern Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. territories.

Overview:

The Home Health CEO is a pivotal leadership position within a home health care agency. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, operational oversight, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration, business acumen, and a passion for improving the lives of patients.

Requirements:

3 years experience running a Pediatric Home Health Care Agency
Does not have to be a clinician but would be a plus
