Our client is a rapidly expanding leading end-to-end Solutions including Advisory Services, Custom Software Solutions, Application Management and Staffing Solutions.
The client currently has an opening for a Sr. Solutions Sales Executive to drive new business development in their Consulting services group focused on Cloud Services, Custom Software Solutions, Application Management and Staffing Solutions in the Microsoft, AWS and Google space.
Responsibilities:
Identify & develop effective relationships with key client contacts in new and existing clients to define strategic objectives and position solution portfolio to help clients achieve business outcomes.
This is primarily a hunter role with account management responsibilities with closed clients.
Manage and execute the entire sales process, from Lead generation through close, working closely with the Alliance and delivery Leadership team in a team sales approach.
Develops client-specific strategies aimed at achieving revenue, gross profit and other financial targets.
Establishes and maintains a network of industry contacts through participation in professional/trade associations and other professional networking organizations.
Negotiates new client contracts, renewals, extensions and amendments.
Leads and manages customer engagement opportunities from lead generation, to deal review, to negotiations and closing a deal.
Utilize and maintain Bullhorn CRM
Achieve quota, range is $5-$7M / year depending on territory.
Requirements
- Local candidates only with Sales contacts in local region
- US Citizens or US PR required.
7-15+ years of Consulting and services sales for solutions in the Microsoft, Custom Applications, Cloud (AWS, Google, Azure) and / or Managed services space. Solutions range from $250K - $2M.
Stable work history
Bachelors Degree from a US University or College required
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue objectives in complex solutions environment at Fortune 1000 and Mid Market clients.
Experience with structured sales methodologies in a team selling environment working with Alliance and Delivery leaders to lead full life cycle sales pursuits
Able to partner with clients to understand their organizational needs and recommend solutions that add value to their business.
Strong verbal, written communication, and listening skills; strong
Ideal candidate will have the ability to manage Executive level relationships (CIO's, Senior level Directors & VP's).
Excellent collaboration and team-building skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
