Account Executive - Entertainment Industry

We Guide, You Grow LLC is recruiting an Account Executive for a live events company. The candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building, and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company at both a regional and national level. 

Essential Functions 

• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients, expand market share, and increase revenue. 
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their fireworks display requirements. 
• Execute regional business plans in alignment with the company's strategic goals. 
• Collaborate with the corporate office to establish pricing strategies, budgets, and sales targets. 
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to network, promote services, and enhance brand visibility. 
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to fireworks manufacturing, transportation, and displays. 
• Resolve escalated client issues and concerns promptly and effectively. 
• Collaborate with the EVP of Fireworks and other regional managers to share best practices and support company-wide initiatives. 

Experience 

• Proven experience in a sales role within the fireworks industry or a related field. 
• Strong knowledge of fireworks manufacturing, safety regulations, and display production. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. 
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 
• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university in a business-related major preferred. 

Travel 

·      This position requires travel up to 60% of the time. Travel will be mixed, local and outside the local area and overnight. 

Salary

·      $60,000 to $65,000 plus a sliding scale commission from 4% to 8% of gross profit of new business.  Also bonus eligible at 10% of base salary.
