HumCap is recruiting on behalf of a growing SaaS solution technology company in the compliance and quality management software industry.
We are looking for a talented Sales Account Executive who will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding their sales presence. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
- 5+ years of experience selling in a competitive environment, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Must be a hunter with a hunter mentality.
- Successful sales experience in B2B, SaaS or ERP technology highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of compliance software in the food, healthcare, and insurance industries a plus.
- Bachelor's' degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Comfortable selling to c-suite level executives.
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Trell CRM software is a plus.
- This is a D/FW based company and the position will office remotely with the ability to meet in-person as needed.
