Position: Benefits Manager
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Hourly Rate: $48.00

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-Perm

Salary: $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

Recommends benefits programs to management by studying employee requirements, trends, and developments in benefits offered by other organizations.
Supports management’s decision-making process by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
Identifies benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
Maintain up-to-date client files/internal systems in accordance with business standard protocols.
Support the various pre-renewal/renewal/post-renewal and wellness activities.
Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts (analytical, compliance, etc.).
Supporting the team with the preparation, analysis and delivery of materials that makeup the deliverable (i.e. exhibits, reports and presentations)
Maintain internal systems and client files in accordance with business data standards and filing requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 year of experience as a Benefits Specialist / Manager
Minimum 1 year of supervising a team
Experience with UKG, ZenDesk and Docuware a plus
Experience with ticketing (ZenDesK) a plus
Experience within the nonprofit / education sectors is preferred
