The Product Marketing Manager position at Actfore offers an exciting chance to lead strategic marketing efforts in the data mining and forensics sector. Drawing upon Actfore's global presence and ActiveNav's expertise in Data Governance, you'll analyze market trends, refine value propositions, and devise effective market entry plans. Collaboration with internal teams is pivotal in crafting engaging content and empowering sales communication. Your initiatives will also fuel demand generation through targeted promotional campaigns. Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake continuous market analysis to grasp current industry trends, competitive dynamics, and the needs of clients and prospects.
  • Transform acquired insights into actionable strategies that inform product positioning, marketing materials, and sales plans.
  • Innovate and refine compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences, addressing their pain points and setting our product apart from competitors'.
  • Work closely with internal teams to devise comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates, encompassing pricing strategies, target customer segments, and distribution channels.
  • Develop persuasive marketing collateral, such as sales enablement materials, guides, whitepapers, case studies, and presentations, to effectively communicate the benefits of our product to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and knowledge to articulate the value of our product effectively, including sales materials and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and implement campaigns aimed at raising awareness and generating interest in our products and services, utilizing platforms such as webinars, events, online advertising, and thought leadership content.

 Insights:

  • Engage with clients, prospects, and industry influencers to gather feedback and insights. Utilize this information to continuously refine product messaging and enhance the client buying experience.
  • Become a subject matter expert and thought leader for our product and regularly participate in community discussions in social media, webinars and other channels.

Performance Metrics:

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives.
  • Regularly analyze data and metrics to optimize strategies and tactics for better results.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in a product marketing role with a strong preference for 3+ years of marketing legal technology.
  • Bring a minimum of 7+ years in a marketing role. 5 years of professional writing experience (clips and writing samples will be requested at initial interview).
  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Marketing, Technology, Communications and Journalism degrees preferred along with a high technical acumen.
  • Think strategically and develop creative copy concepts.
  • Strong understanding of the cyber incident response, data mining market and legal technology landscape.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure performance.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Possess impeccable problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills with a solid understanding of core project management principles, particularly in providing litigation support services.
  • Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, effectively managing many details.
  • Positive attitude with a desire and willingness to solve problems.
  • The ability to seek out answers in the absence of formal direction.

  • Core Hours: 9 AM-5:00 PM
    • To be successful, driving a cyber incident response culture through leading by example. Working beyond regular business hours to meet the demands.
    • This is an onsite role and we prefer local candidates
