Hiring Director Supply Chain

Job Summary:
Reporting to the COO/CFO, you will lead a team and head up all operational aspects including but not limited to Logistics, Demand Planning, Inventory, Procurement and other Supply Chain activities. We are seeking someone well versed in DTC and utilizing 3PL's. Sourcing, Procurement, Logistics and Inventory Management. :
We are seeking
- Ability to lead long-term, cross-functional strategy efforts with minimal guidance
- Successful track record of developing operational excellence and scalable processes
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Working experience in consumer goods and DTC environment.
- Past operations role at a high-growth company
Compensation:
- $150,000 - $200,000 per year base salary DOE
- 20%+ annual bonus
