IT Manager of Technology

Looking to join a dynamic team? We're seeking a tech-savvy individual to fill our IT Manager position. As our IT Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our technology runs smoothly. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

• Lead our outsourced IT provider, Venn, ensuring that technical issues are promptly resolved through bi-weekly calls.
• Manage relationships with all technology vendors, including Venn, BreakAway, Vonage, LastPass, Adobe, Share File, RightSignature, and eMoney.
• Handle Salesforce management, including license and user setup, CDN pop-up response, data loader responsibilities, and processes and task setup and maintenance.
• Facilitate new hire IT setup, including Venn/Workspace profiles, laptop setup, phone setup, and updating distribution lists and directories.
• Conduct new hire IT onboarding and training, as well as internal IT training through various channels like monthly all-staff meetings, "Tech Talks," lunch and learns, and newsletter tips and tricks.
• Manage new client tech onboarding and act as a client concierge.
• Oversee the management of network firewalls and switches, including guest Wi-Fi network splash page connectivity and updates (Unifi).
• Ensure IT set up and connectivity in conference rooms, including screen displays, consoles, and conference phones.
• Maintain documentation of tech processes and protocols.
• Manage IT inventory, including storage solutions for equipment.
• Provide oversight of the onsite server room.
• Manage KnowBe4 training.
• Hold recurring weekly meetings with the IT Tech Team and collaborate closely with Chelby - Special.
• Manage email signature and spam filter maintenance and updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
