Job Title: Channel Marketing Specialist  

Job Summary:  
The Channel Marketing Specialist plays a vital role in supporting PairSoft's marketing efforts by collaborating with channel partners. This position involves assisting in marketing campaign creation, ensuring communication between internal teams and partners, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field and possesses 1-3 years of experience in marketing or partner support roles. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role. 

Location
Remote/Work from Home from the following US States:
CA, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MO, NC, NE, NH, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, 
(Preferably Eastern or Central time zones, but not mandatory)

Expected Base Salary Range
Depending on location and experience of candidate: $75-85,000/year

Responsibilities:  
•    Assist in managing leads stuck in the New/Working stage for Channel Strategic Alliances, scheduling discovery dates, and facilitating their progression through the sales pipeline in a timely manner. 
•    Act as a liaison between sales and marketing teams, facilitating seamless communication and assisting with the marketing and sales cycles. 
•    Support the development of enablement materials and session content for channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources for successful sales and marketing engagements. 
•    Establish and monitor workflows within Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot to optimize lead management and ensure accurate tracking of marketing initiatives. 
•    Assist in implementing Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIF) programs, managing setup tasks, and ensuring timely payouts to motivate channel partners and encourage desired behaviors. 
•    Contribute to communication strategies aimed at strengthening relationships with channel partners, ensuring consistent messaging and timely information sharing. 
•    Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns with clearly defined success metrics, aligning strategies with channel objectives and market trends. 
•    Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events such as trade shows and promotional gatherings to increase brand exposure and generate leads. 

Requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. 
•    1-3 years of experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, or a related field, preferably within the technology or software industry.  
•    Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools for email marketing, lead nurturing, and analytics.  
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively conveying ideas and building relationships with internal teams and channel partners. 
•    Proficient in project management tools and methodologies to plan, execute, and track marketing initiatives effectively.
