Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Forensic, Litigation & Valuation Specialist to join our dynamic advisory team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation services to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of challenging projects and collaborate with talented professionals in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct forensic accounting investigations to uncover financial irregularities, fraud, and misconduct.
- Provide litigation support services, including expert witness testimony, damages calculations, and case analysis.
- Perform business valuations, including discounted cash flow analysis, comparable company analysis, and asset-based valuation methods.
- Analyze financial data, documents, and records to identify key issues and trends.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and exhibits for clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate financial risks and maximize value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality services and solutions.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- CPA, CFA, ABV, CFF, or other relevant certifications preferred.

- Have 2-4 years recent public accounting experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation support, and/or business valuation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, forensic accounting software, and valuation methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
