Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Process client requests efficiently and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate client calls and meetings, maintaining team schedules using RedTail calendar.
- Manage office tasks including processing checks, filing documents, and ordering office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
- Greet clients warmly during appointments, fostering positive relationships and assisting with necessary paperwork.
- Provide support to office staff and Financial Advisors as needed.
- Service existing Property & Casualty Book of Business, addressing client needs promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and efficiency in task management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and DropBox.
- Experience with CRM systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Familiarity with paperless office environments is advantageous.
- Background in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus.
Compensation: $44,000.00 to $50,000.00 annually
