Youth Soccer Coach / Part Time Friday / Saturday

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 60 locations around Hillsborough/Pasco area with more than 2,000 children enrolled annually.

We are looking for part time coaches to coach on Friday nights, 5 pm - 7 pm
and Saturdays 8 am - noonWeekday morning, afternoons evenings available but not required.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
• Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID
• High School Diploma, preferred College Diploma.
• Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

• Safely manage a class of up to 14 children.
• Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
• Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
• Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters

Our Curriculum

Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2 to 8. Our goal is to leave a positive and lasting impact on kids through introduction to sports and activity.

Our coaches are at the heart of what we do, our real MVPs if you will. They create smiles and deliver character-building FUN by teaching age-appropriate soccer skills to kids in the local community.
Soccer Shots coaches are equipped with

1. Training - We make sure our coaches are comfortable on the field by offering informative online & in-person training to equip coaches with our curriculum and helpful (developmentally appropriate) coaching techniques.
2. Curriculum - Our curriculum is FULL of the stuff kids and parents love! Our program is curriculum based, so coaches are provided with session guides and mobile friendly resources to help you deliver the Soccer Shots experience.
3. Ongoing feedback and growth opportunities - We're a growing business and are always looking to find passionate and reliable team members to help us continue to grow.
4. Equipment - We provide everything you need for a Soccer Shots session in an on-the-go bag that fits in the trunk of a car. It's why we can have Soccer Shots in convenient locations like school gyms, classrooms, outdoor spaces, local parks and community centers.
5. Opportunities to provide feedback - We value the feedback of our dedicated team and want to know how to make our program better for the families we serve, and our coaches.
