As a Public Relations Assistant at TMZ Events, you'll play a vital role in shaping and maintaining our brand's reputation through strategic communication and media relations. You'll assist in executing PR campaigns, managing media inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of PR strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Draft press releases, media pitches, and other written materials to communicate key messages to the media and public.
Monitor media coverage and industry trends, compiling reports and providing insights to inform PR strategies.
Coordinate press events, including media briefings, interviews, and press conferences.
Respond to media inquiries and requests for information in a timely and professional manner.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and industry partners.
Assist in crisis communications and reputation management efforts as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
Previous experience in PR, communications, or related roles is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with media monitoring tools.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Creative thinker with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
