Chief Financial Officer

Advanced Dermatology, P.C. / MD Alliance Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our company.

*This opportunity is not remote, must be willing to commute to New Hyde Park, NY*

As the Chief Financial Officer, you will have responsibility for the company’s financial reporting, strategic planning process, and corporate governance. You will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health, profitability reporting, and compliance with financial and tax regulations. This position requires a strong and experienced background in healthcare finance with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Chief Financial Officer’s key responsibilities include corporate governance, financial reporting, planning and analysis, financial management, compliance and regulatory oversight, and team leadership. The Chief Financial Officer will also have responsibilities in the areas of human resources, IT oversight and implementation, and will need to have a sound understanding of relevant legal and regulatory concepts that impact the business. The role will work closely with executive management and all levels of employees, providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and tactical initiatives while driving operational efficiency.

General Knowledge:

• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations in the healthcare industry. Understanding of healthcare insurance billing practices, policies, and procedures.
• Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Understanding of accounting practices, principles and software.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams.
• Knowledge of external audit procedures and of accounting, payroll, and other administrative software programs.

Education – Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years’ experience in finance or accounting with proven senior leadership and management experience.
