Job Description

At Amplify Graphics & Branding we'd be nothing without our family of employees and are recruiting another team member. Are you ready for a new challenge? If so, we are seeking a Billing Coordinator/Marketing Admin to join our team!

The ideal candidate for this position would be someone who is eager to learn, is willing to put in the effort, and is interested in learning about the signage/branding industry.

You will perform billing, clerical, and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are willing to train; no experience necessary. However, experience with Microsoft Excel and Quick Books is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Order processing / preparation of packing slips
  • Generation and distribution of invoices
  • Schedule and organize outbound deliveries
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Maintain organized filing systems
  • Manage order fulfillment and back-orders
  • Data entry
  • Billing administration
  • Social media marketing
  • Perform other office tasks as required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
