Digital Marketing Coordinator:

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services online. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital campaigns across various channels, with a focus on driving engagement, leads, and sales. Your creative thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail will be instrumental in optimizing our digital presence and achieving marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engines, and display advertising.

  2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website updates.

  3. Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance monitoring. Monitor trends and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement on social platforms.

  4. Email Marketing: Support the creation and deployment of email campaigns, including template design, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Ensure email campaigns comply with best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act).

  5. SEO and SEM: Assist in optimizing website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic. Support paid search advertising (SEM) initiatives, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and performance tracking.

  6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and social media engagement. Prepare regular reports and insights to assess campaign effectiveness and inform optimization strategies.

  7. Digital Asset Management: Maintain digital marketing assets, including images, videos, and ad creatives, ensuring they are organized, up-to-date, and accessible for use in campaigns.

  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate marketing messages.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.
