Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

A Sr. SFDC Developer, UX will build new solutions to improve the overall capabilities of both our internal and external customers. You will utilize Salesforce platform technologies, UI design tools, analytics frameworks, and API-integrations. You will collaborate closely with the project managers and business stakeholders to ideate and implement innovative applications that help drive business growth and user engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of experience designing and implementing user interfaces, with extensive expertise in Salesforce UI, including Salesforce Lightning Design System, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Apex, and Experience Cloud
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/Typescript, CSS, HTML and other relevant web design coding languages
Extensive experience with client-side HTTP API integrations
Experience with responsive and adaptive design
Experience taking a leading role in engineering complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Ability to solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience and training in UX/UI design and development.
At least one Salesforce Developer Certification
Experience training junior engineers and empowering non-technical staff
Experience working within the scrum framework
Experience in unit testing code bases, and refactoring code-bases for test
Experience integrating with Email Marketing Systems
Experience with Salesforce Devops tools, Devops Center, Gearset, Copado etc.
