Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and scheduling of social media content, including posts, photos, videos, and other digital assets
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and practices in social media
Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our social media presence
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns
Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and tracking

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
Prior experience with social media management, either through internships, coursework, or personal projects, is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
