Title: Program Manager, Community Integration

Location: Hybrid (4822 N. Broadway)

Shift: Monday - Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm) potential for evenings and weekend work

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Guides and mentors Long-term Case Management and Employment teams.
- Monitors staff progress and prepares detailed progress reports.
- Oversees daily operations, ensuring alignment with participant and funder objectives. Maintain understanding of contractual goals and outcomes.
- Cultivate key employer relationships for effective training and placements. Acts as the primary contact for program partners, ensuring collaboration.
- Participates in budget development and grant writing. Identifies matching contributions for contracts and approves financial transactions.
- Represents the organization in external partnerships and committees.
- Ensures adherence to program policies and generates accurate data for reporting.
- Develops relationships with employers and connects participants to community resources.
- Implements marketing plans to enhance employer receptivity. Provides timely information to current and prospective employers.
- Upholds relationships with funders.
- Conducts presentations, trainings, and workshops on best practices. Leads staff in addressing program improvement.
- Contribute to hiring and empower teams through diverse perspectives. Track certifications and ensure quality services following organizational standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervises and leads Refugee Employment Services and Case Management Services, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Participates in interviewing, hiring, and other relevant employment transactions with guidance from the Program Director.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institute.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in employment services or related areas.
- Fluent in a second language.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.


Knowledge/Skills/Abilities (K/S/A):
- Skilled in reading, interpreting, and writing documents. Strong public speaking ability before diverse groups.
- Reliable and timely transportation availability.
- Comfortable working with diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective networking and collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information diplomatically. High emotional intelligence and analytical ability.
- Effective problem-solving in diverse situations. Works independently with minimal supervision.
- Strategic thought partnership and consultancy skills.
- Welcomes diverse perspectives and manages conflicts professionally.
- Empowers teams through unique backgrounds and experiences. Fosters a cohesive and inclusive environment.


Work Arrangement:

This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, requiring in-person meetings when needed. Weekly or monthly in-person meetings may be necessary, with the option for working from home when appropriate.
