We are seeking an Office Administrator to provide support for our local sales team with the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

  • Create estimates and invoices
  • All office and admin work
  • Local Inventory Sourcing
  • Update Director of Business Development's calendar
  • Update Director of Business Development's daily activity on CRM
  • Complete expense reports
  • New account reference checks

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, administrative assistant, or in other related fields
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to take constructive feedback in a positive manner
  • Strong communication skills
