Title: Integration Specialist
Position Summary:
This is a dynamic position at the heart of our technology operations. Integrations are a key part of TFWW's strategy, and in this role you will help ensure the success of that strategy. Leveraging EDIs and APIs, you will work with stakeholders (both internal and external) to ensure a smooth flow of data between multiple systems and partners.
You'll utilize a variety of tools to investigate, develop, and troubleshoot integrations in this busy logistics environment, and work to maintain our service catalog featuring a large variety of pre-developed integrations into key systems, carriers, and customers. To succeed in this role, you should have an analytical way of thinking, and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the EDI/API solution architecture 'big picture' to help deliver the solution
- Develop Mapping Requirement Specification documents
- Comprehend source EDI maps and apply to our environment
- Utilize API platforms to test, troubleshoot, or recreate issues.
- Respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency, clarity, and a high attention to detail
- Execute testing and validation scenarios for both customer and vendor integrations
- Contribute to Go-Live planning and support
- Maintain service catalog, as well as shipping/invoicing document templates
Skills/Technology
- EDI format familiarity (e.g. 204, 210, 214, 990)
- Experience with XML/JSON
- SOAP, REST, or other API-based technology
- Ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner to both business users and developers, through written and/or oral correspondence.
