Primary Focus: The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for the growth of existing customer relationships and the development of new relationships and business opportunities. The ideal candidate is well-organized, has excellent communication skills, and is goal and results driven.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

 

  • Achieve individual sales goals established annually.
  • Establish new relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
  • Drive sales through the growth of existing clients.
  • Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and relationship referrals.
  • Work closely with the Estimating Department to assist in preparation of bids and proposals. i.e. inspect, scope, and photograph prospective projects.
  • Participate in Estimating Meetings/Conference Calls.
  • Ensure client bids are consistent, thorough, and well written.
  • Track and follow up on all “pending” bids and estimates with customers.
  • Assist with marketing/sales strategy (i.e. trade shows, advertising, etc.) to develop higher name recognition within our industry.
  • Participate in Monthly Sales Calls.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM system.
  • Assist in developing annual budgeted sales.
  • Support the Finance Department with collections.

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (preferably in the Services / Environmental / Construction industry).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
