Job Description

Position Overview: As a Branch Manager at our staffing agency, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a specific branch location. Your primary goal will be to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure the efficient delivery of staffing solutions to meet client needs. You will lead a team of recruiters and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet performance targets and deliver exceptional service to both clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand the agency's client base.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling staffing services to existing clients.
  2. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Hire, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and administrative staff.
    • Set clear performance expectations and goals for team members and provide regular feedback and coaching to support their professional development.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  3. Client and Candidate Relationship Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Actively engage with candidates to understand their skills, career goals, and preferences, and match them with suitable job opportunities.
    • Conduct regular client and candidate satisfaction surveys and take proactive steps to address feedback and improve service quality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred but not required )
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing industry, with a strong track record of business development and client relationship management (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales focused
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
