Position: IT Product Manager

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Enterprise IT Systems, system integration principles, and associated change management best practices
- Understanding of CMS' Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software
- Strong skills in persuasion, negotiation, relationship management, conflict resolution, and effective communication
- Track record of launching successful user-focused products in enterprise, analytics, or healthcare
- Experience creating business use cases, requirements, and process maps/data flows
