Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. a leading custom manufacturer of precision rubber & plastic parts, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer.  The CFO will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the accounting department, including in-house payroll.  The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on professional with broad accounting and finance experience.

We are looking for an individual who can operate independently in an environment that encourages individual initiative with the opportunity for ever-increasing responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manages day-to-day accounting functions including in-house payroll.
• Oversees the company 401k plan including audits.
• Responsible for overall cash flow management.
• Coordinates tax reporting and works with outside tax consultants to ensure compliance.
• Supports Executive Leadership with financial reporting and planning.
• Works with all levels of the organization on software system training and development.
• Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
• Motivates and develops employees to meet departmental goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
• Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience managing corporate accounting functions.
• Advanced proficiency with financial software systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Five (5) plus years in a manufacturing environment.
