Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in developing, executing, and analyzing a wide variety of marketing campaigns. This role will involve a combination of creative and analytical tasks to help drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Essential Functions:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns
• Oversee and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns
• Support the strategy and execution of activities that drive in-bound leads, as well as qualifying leads and reporting on current metrics
• Orchestrate and track loyalty program fulfillment and redemption
• Support creative team with branding/co-branding of reports, one-sheeters, and decks
• Help build content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools
• Support the coordination of events, promotions, and other marketing activities
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate across multiple skill teams and leadership levels to achieve common goals
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments, knows how to ask for help and delegate when appropriate
• The ability to work in a collaborative team environment to accomplish corporate objectives as a self-starter and independent individual
• Understanding or proficiency in Marketing Cloud, Salesforce and/or LinkedIn Ad Manager a plus

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
