Marketing Assistant

The Marketing Assistant will collaborate and support the Marketing Manager and company Presidents with all branding, marketing, social media efforts and special events. This position also partners with Sales Associates with business development activities. Working alongside the sales and design teams, you will be involved in ensuring we meet and exceed our clients' expectations. We are seeking a talented individual who is resourceful and highly organized. A self-starter who takes initiative, manages priorities and deadlines, works well independently or as part of a team, trouble-shoot issues, and solve problems will excel in this role.

The role of Marketing Assistant will interact with multiple departments to manage the bid process for business opportunities. A defined skillset using creative technology is required for success in this role. This position is also directly involved in all social media content, internal and external marketing efforts and teaming with co-workers for company special events.

Prior experience in the contract furniture industry is not required. Rather, show us your success through media campaigns, content creation and strong writing skills. Position Highlights:

• Be a self-starter and self-motivator who takes initiative and plans proactively
• Be extremely organized, with good time management skills and the ability to work independently
• Have experience in social media, graphic design and developing marketing collateral
• Be proficient with MS Office Suite; advanced PowerPoint skills a plus
• Prior experience creating content in InDesign and Canva preferred
• Photography and/or videography experience, making reels or short videos is advantageous
• Knowledge and experience with Google Analytics
• Support the tracking and reporting of marketing metrics
• Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
• Possess a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills that allow you to build relationships and work closely with all stakeholders to manage expectations
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications or associated fields
