The Paid Media Specialist role at Propellic, the Destination Digital Agency for Travel & Tourism, could be for you.
The Paid Media Specialist is ultimately responsible for the success of Paid Media (Google Ads, Meta Ads) campaigns for our clients. They ensure that deliverables and work are completed on time to high-quality standards without the need for revision.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Strategy:
- Design creative solutions to meet client business objectives.
- Craft a strategic roadmap for paid media success for each client.
- Manage project scope to ensure client objectives are met within financial and timeline constraints.
- Research optimal methods to accomplish tasks, identifying risks & opportunities.
- Identify underperforming areas of campaigns and design improvement plans.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to secure client buy-in for scope management.
- Complete a quarterly strategy deck for each client.
Delivery & Execution:
- Manage a portfolio of client projects
- Ensure quality delivery of projects and adherence to Propellic standards.
- Perform ad-hoc research to address unplanned client queries.
- Review deliverables assisted by external contractors for quality assurance.
Consultation & Client Relations:
- Communicate with clients about the technical aspects of their project.
- Support sales in closing new deals and expanding existing accounts by performing audits and supporting the sales team.
- Align client goals with deliverables in Propellic’s capabilities library.
- Educate clients on the latest trends in paid media.
- Present deliverables tailored to a client’s knowledge level.
Communication & Project Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Coordinate project timelines and ensure successful execution.
- Create meeting agendas, lead meetings, and provide detailed meeting recaps.
- Ensure all client messages are responded to within 24 business hours.
- Ensure all meetings have a comprehensive agenda and notes.
Key Outcomes:
- 95% of tasks are completed on-time or early.
- Scheduled meetings are held as planned without skips.
- No more than 1 client is lost in the trailing 12 months due to lack of effort or action on the Specialist’s part.
- All client messages are responded to within 24 business hours.
- All meetings have an agenda and thorough notes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in agency marketing
- 5+ years of experience in paid advertising & marketing
- Expert-level project management skills
- Brilliant presentation skills
