Marcum Search is seeking a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to support, execute and oversee one of our clients cross-channel marketing campaigns for their portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the strategic planning, execution, and monitoring of client marketing initiatives, including but not limited to email campaigns, digital advertising, lead generation, social media management, and content marketing.
  • Source and acquire appropriate visuals and graphics to complement various marketing projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop impactful content that drives tangible outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough proofreading and editing of copy across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Compile and present detailed marketing reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and inform future strategies.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions with the team to conceive new, inventive growth and marketing methods.
  • Continually suggest proactive strategic marketing ideas for both the organization and its clients.
  • Distribute engaging content, such as articles and eBooks, to foster a dedicated audience base.
  • Aid in market research efforts to gather valuable insights.

Projects Involved

  • Oversee the management of website design updates and enhancements.
  • Implement and optimize lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
  • Administer the setup and ongoing use of HubSpot CRM.
  • Conduct keyword research and execute search engine optimization strategies.
  • Manage the setup and monitoring of Google Ads campaigns.
  • Provide web analytics reports to track and analyze digital performance.
  • Plan and execute social media content and posting schedules.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Prior experience within an agency environment is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, with relevant certifications highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and WordPress CMS.
  • Experience with the Google Ads platform.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research and the use of associated software tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and knowledgeable about digital marketing tools and best practices.
  • Solid research and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Understanding of Inbound Marketing principles.
  • Exceptional project management and writing skills with a strong focus on detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
