Client Service Specialist - Investment Firm

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Specialist to join our small investment management team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient process for our clients as they establish and maintain their investment and insurance accounts. Will consider experienced candidates to work fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in completing all necessary paperwork for opening investment accounts.
Coordinate the submission of required documentation and forms to ensure timely account setup.
Collaborate with financial advisor and support teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients inquiring about their accounts, transactions, and paperwork status.
Assist clients with money transfers between accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Follow up with clients to collect any missing or incomplete information necessary for account setup.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients in the daily maintenance of their accounts, including updating beneficiary information, processing account changes, and answering account-related questions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of all client interactions and transactions.
Stay informed about industry regulations and changes in investment and insurance policies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in client service/new client on-boarding in investment industry. Experience with Charles Schwab platform a huge plus. 
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial software (e.g., CRM systems).
Knowledge of investment and insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
