As a key member of our Proposal Team, the Proposal Manager will work closely with the Director, Capture and Proposal and other team members, to ensure that Epoch proposals provide value, meet compliance, and communicate the excellence and value that Epoch continually delivers. The candidate will ensure compliance, responsiveness, keeping the proposal strategy aligned with the capture strategy and managing the proposal development process and timelines. Epoch utilizes Shipley Proposal and Business Development processes.

What you'll do:

• Work in conjunction with the proposal team and other stakeholders in opportunity identification, proposal planning, proposal development, and proposal submission.
• Work directly with Account Teams and other Epoch Stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of RFP/RFQ/RFI needs and translating those requirements into compliant and winning proposal submissions.
• Lead the proposal development process: proposal review, schedule development, compliance matrix, and content creation including assignments to yourself and other internal, and/or external resources and partners.
• Organize and lead color team reviews and implementation of proposal review recommendations.
• Preserve the confidentiality of highly sensitive financial and competitive information.
• Deliver Epoch's value proposition through proposal development and other communications.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business administration, or related field with 5+ years of work experience.
• Experience leading the proposal/solicitation process with Government DOD, Fed/Civ & SLED focused proposals.
• Strong knowledge of the Shipley Proposal Development Process.
• The ability to lead proposal projects from planning and evaluation to creation, review, and final proposal delivery.
• Talented in Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, Power Point and Adobe.
• Content creation experience with expert creative and technical writing skills.
• Content management experience, utilizing internal systems to support the expansion and utilization of content areas and topics.
• Skilled CRM experience.
• Graphic Design skills a plus.
