What will you be doing:


We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Administrative Assistant for a full-time position located in our Norwell office.


The Administrative Assistant will provide high level support to the chief operating officer. In this position, you will maintain complex, high volume calendar including travel logistics, internal and external meetings, coordinating conference rooms and prioritizing time. The Administrative Assistant will also manage information flow to and from the office with responsiveness and providing clarity and formulate trust with fellow team members. This role requires deadlines to be met while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

What we’re looking for in you:

  • 5+ years of executive administrative experience
  • Manages the expenses and meetings of the COO.
  • Oversees and manages front desk operations and processes.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Suite.
  • Expert in Adobe Acrobat and all major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in web-based board portals.
  • Possesses a high level of healthcare industry knowledge.
  • Able to accurately type 65 wpm or better.
  • Congenial, positive attitude and cooperative.
  • Highly organized, flexible, dependable.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to sit for prolonged periods (usually at computer).
  • Ad hoc projects or supports may occur.
