The CEO of Real Estate Acquisition and Investment will be entrusted with identifying and securing strategic real estate assets, subsequently guiding their management and leasing operations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities.
• Oversee the financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
• Oversee the acquisition of properties, ensuring thorough due diligence, negotiation, and purchase processes.
• Drive the companys reputation in the market and with customers by providing high-quality portfolio and asset management.
• Lead the identification, analysis, and acquisition of real estate properties that align with the company's strategic goals and financial objectives.
• Oversee all aspects of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while ensuring high occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Coordinate finance and investment strategies to conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for potential acquisitions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, agents, investors, and other key industry stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor an eventual team of real estate professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. You will initially be a team of one.
• Prepare and present regular reports on portfolio performance, market trends, and acquisition opportunities to investors.
• Stay abreast of market trends, emerging opportunities, and challenges within the real estate sector to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal and intrastate laws and regulations.
• Coordinate closings and contract execution.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Extensive experience in real estate acquisition, property management, and leasing, including short-term rentals and section 8 housing.
• Proven track record of successful property portfolio growth.
• Possesses understanding of and experience with Real Estate Agents, Real Estate Attorneys, title insurance entities, accelerated depreciation, feasibility studies, and mortgage brokers.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with real estate financial modeling and analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Deep understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in real estate software and platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Possess sand exhibit strategic thinking, real estate expertise, and leadership skills necessary to drive profitability and operational excellence.
• Must be proficient in emerging technologies.
