Overview: As social media manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing strategies for the social media accounts of a business. Their competence determines how effectively the business will be able to portray its brand value online.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve lead generation objectives, while supporting increased brand awareness, and enhanced customer engagement.
- Oversee paid social media campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, and performance optimization.
- Craft and curate engaging content across various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure key metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including brand ambassadors, and public relations, to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging social media trends and technologies, adapting strategies to optimize brand engagement and reach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing impactful social media strategies.
- Demonstrated experience growing organic following and, driving engagement on organic social media. Understanding of customer journey and, lead generation
- Expertise in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
