Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on engaging leads interested in alternative investments and private equity funds, converting them into long-term clients. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, possess exceptional organizational skills, and thrive in a goal-oriented environment. This position will collaborate closely with our management and marketing teams to prioritize leads and execute effective contact strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and assist in the creation of marketing contact strategies to engage open leads via phone, SMS, and email.
  • Utilize SIC's content library, including video, podcasts, and webinars, to convey the long-term value of our real estate investment offerings to open leads.
  • Manage Senior Investment Consultants’ calendars by scheduling appointments based on availability and existing schedules.
  • Adhere to appointment setting protocols, ensuring accurate note creation in CRM systems.
  • Demonstrate confidence in representing the SIC brand, real estate investment services, and offerings during lead interactions.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events, products, and marketing strategies to leverage opportunities for lead conversion.
  • Maintain professionalism and uphold the SIC brand image in all client interactions.
