Searchlight Cyber provides organizations with relevant and actionable dark web threat intelligence, to help them identify and prevent criminal activity.

Founded in 2017 with a mission to stop criminals acting with impunity on the dark web, we have been involved in some of the world's largest dark web investigations and have the most comprehensive dataset based on proprietary techniques and ground-breaking academic research.

Today we help government and law enforcement, enterprises, and managed security services providers around the world to illuminate deep and dark web threats and prevent attacks.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic and strategically-minded individual to join our marketing team as Field Marketing Manager for North America. The main function of this role will be to develop, execute and maintain territory focussed marketing plans in alignment with our overall GTM strategy for North America (NA), focussing on initiatives to drive demand generation and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills and a passion for event management.

WHAT WILL I DO?

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the NA market, aligning seamlessly with our global marketing strategy.
  • Segment the market, identify growth opportunities and craft campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Work in partnership with the NA sales team and cross-functionally with the wider corporate marketing team (content, demand, product and creative), collaborating closely to develop and implement field marketing initiatives tailored to the local market.
  • Plan and manage all sponsored events, whether National trade shows or smaller regional events, focussing on building brand awareness and generating leads.
  • Organize company hosted events such as executive dinners, networking events and happy hours for prospects and customers to support pipeline generation and progression.
  • For both owned and sponsored events and webinars, develop compelling pre-event promotion campaigns as well as comprehensive post-event programs, including follow-up emails, lead and opportunity tracking, working closely with the territory sales leads to maximize results.
  • Ensure impeccable internal communication with sales colleagues to ensure they are fully briefed on the goals and outcomes of all marketing initiatives from events to digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage regional partner marketing strategy & activities, including joint marketing campaigns, co-branded collateral, and partner events and webinars, to leverage partner relationships and drive mutual business growth.
  • Alongside the wider marketing team, develop a comprehensive AMB program to target strategic accounts.
  • Continuously gather market intelligence, customer/prospect feedback and work with product marketing to gain insights into preferences, needs and satisfaction levels of the local market.
  • Define, track, and analyze metrics and regularly report on the effectiveness of field marketing campaigns and initiatives, offering recommendations for optimization.


WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
  • A successful track record in developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with specific business goals.
  • Strong project management/organizational skills and the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives at once.
  • Experience working in a B2B events/field marketing role is essential, preferably within cyber security.
  • Extensive event management experience with a proven ability to maximize brand exposure and lead generation at industry events.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, both internally and externally.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver channel marketing strategies that deliver, whilst developing strong and lasting relationships with partners.
  • Experience tracking qualitative and quantitative metrics with a focus on lead and pipeline generation, ROI, revenue and other sales/marketing goals.
  • A forward-thinking approach to marketing, staying current with industry trends and emerging tools to drive innovation in lead generation strategies.
  • Preferred experience working with martech tools including Hubspot, Salesforce, ON24, Monday.com and 6Sense
  • Regular travel for events and engagements is essential for this role - we predict 25-35% domestic travel with occasional international travel for company wide events.
