POSITION OBJECTIVE:
Momentum Capital Funding is seeking an Account Manager who will take responsibility for the
day-to-day activity with clients—from initial contact to invoicing verification and funding approval.
After an initial training period, this person will ensure the security and profitability of Momentum
through efficient and effective management of multiple client portfolios. Through delivering
excellent customer service and executing on time-sensitive tasks, this individual has the chance
to form relationships with and serve business owners in a meaningful way!
POSITION KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage collateral performance of allocated client portfolio (10-15 accounts)
•Form client relationships to establish rapport, create solutions, and identify new earning
opportunities
•Provide proactive and reactive management of the overall factoring relationship with the client
in an ever-changing environment
•Handle client invoicing and purchasing by researching, verifying, and approving transactions
•Monitor trends and financial performance of clients
•Run credit reports, assess risk, and perform data entry
•Review daily transactions for accuracy, post daily payments, and reconcile accounts
•Assist clients with collection on current and past due invoices
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Bachelors Degree required
• 2+ years of client-relationship management experience
• Loyal by nature; team-player with the desire to grow and impact the business
• Strong communicator (in-person and over the phone)
• Thinks 'outside the box’ and can adapt quickly
• Go-getter with the ability to think and create value for the business
• Critical thinker with high emotional intelligence and self-awareness
• Aware of deadlines; strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
