We are seeking a creative, dynamic, and engaging TikTok Content Creator & Livestream Host to join
our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating compelling, trendy, and
engaging content on TikTok, and hosting live streams to interact with our audience. The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of the TikTok platform, current trends, and the ability to
connect with a diverse audience in real-time.

Key Responsibilities:
● Content Creation: Develop, film, and edit video content specifically for TikTok that aligns with
our brand's identity and campaign goals.
● Live Hosting: Host live streams on TikTok for a few hours multiple times per week, engaging
with our audience in real-time.
● Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, and
incorporate them into content strategies to increase viewership and engagement.
● Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the community through comments, messages,
and during live streams to foster a strong community around the brand.
● Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and collaborate
with other content creators or brands for cross-promotion.
● Performance Analysis: Use TikTok analytics to evaluate the performance of posts and live
streams, adjusting content strategies based on data insights.

Skills and Qualifications:
● Proven experience creating engaging content for TikTok, including filming and editing videos.
● Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
● Ability to entertain and engage an audience in real-time during live streams.
● Creative thinker with the ability to produce content that resonates with our target audience.
● Knowledge of current social media trends, especially on TikTok, and how to leverage them
for brand growth.
● Experience with TikTok analytics and other social media management tools.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
● Flexible schedule to accommodate live streaming sessions during peak audience times.
