DESCRIPTION
Are you graduating from a 4 year university college in May 2024 with a degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or other related field? We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Associate to assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of marketing strategies to grow various segments of our business. Working closely with our Marketing Director, this position will actively contribute to both digital and traditional marketing initiatives throughout the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles and trends along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
This position is in-office, just walking distance from Sundance square.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research and Collaboration Proactively research and stay ahead of marketing trends and best practices to propose new initiatives, bringing fresh perspectives to the team. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, actively contributing to meetings.
Content Writing: Develop clear and compelling content for blogs, captions, and descriptions, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics via Adobe and Canva for social media, flyers, and website, maintaining brand consistency.
Social Media: Manage social media channels by creating, scheduling, and engaging with content that resonates with our consumers to foster community growth.
Marketing Collateral: Manage procurement, distribution, and production of marketing collateral to support sales efforts. Ensure timely delivery and accurate fulfillment to meet sales objectives.
Office Materials: Responsible for ordering, organizing, and inventory management of office supplies.
Track and Evaluate Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media, website, and email campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
Brand Reputation Management: Monitor online communication channels and review platforms to safeguard and enhance the company's reputation.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, MailChimp and Hootsuite.
Familiarity with Squarespace and search engine optimization practices.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in content creation and management, including writing, editing, and proofreading.
Ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and offer solutions.
