(USA) Sr. Manager, Logistics Product

Role & Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for regional Logistics Product P&L and managing the regional goals, including budgets, expense control, and operational efficiency and excellence.

·        Work with and support Stations to achieve station commercial growth as well as operation excellence.

·        Work with internal team and external team members to provide sales support, resource allocations, and cost analysis to support new business and achieve high levels of profitable growth.

·        Provide expertise to internal team members to help maintain or improve performance of warehouses.

·        Track monthly operational performance to help each warehouse achieve KPIs, ensure SOPs are followed, manage customer complaints, special case handling, and work to achieve operational excellence to delight our customers.

·        Review existing Contract Logistics business and identify productivity and/or financial improvements.

·        Review, support, and establish SOPs for Contract Logistics customer or internal processes.

·        Establish KPIs, Dashboards, and/or other tools to measure and track Contract Logistics Productivity.

·        Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

·        Minimum 10 years of experience with the logistics/freight forwarding industry. 

·        Excellent organization, analytical, written and oral communication skills.

·        Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

·        Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.

·        Must be a confident self-starter who can develop effective business relationships, both internally and externally.

·        Must be self-motivated, customer-service oriented and eager to ensure the success of the team.

·        Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision.

·        Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.
