Summary of Position:
The Product Coordinator is responsible for researching, developing, and communicating strategic marketing plans to meet AnswerNet’s goals. They will lead and optimize marketing efforts with the sales teams and create marketing campaigns and collaborate with multifunctional teams to execute them.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
- Set specific marketing goals
- Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
- Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics
- Forecast market trends
- Research the market to identify new opportunities
- Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
- Address advertising needs
- Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
- Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
- Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
- Establish a strong, long-term web presence
- Research RFP Opportunities
- Track and measure all campaigns
- Bi-weekly meetings with each segment/ channel
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proven work experience as a product coordinator
- Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong analytical skills
- Team management skills

- PC/Laptop with at least Windows 10 (Apple/Mac products, Chromebooks, and tablets are not compatible)
