As a Senior Associate, Product Marketing at Clair, you'll play a pivotal role in working alongside the Product team to launch new initiatives, increase product adoption, and craft a compelling product narrative for Clair users. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will work closely with the entire Marketing team, as well as the Product and Engineering teams. Leveraging data insights, your daily tasks will involve optimizing campaigns for product adoption, creating compelling copy for in-app flows, and helping determine the future of Clair's product offering.
What you'll do- Coordinate and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging
- Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to optimize for conversion
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing and Product team to create product-focused campaigns and ensure cohesion in the user experience across teams
- Generate and present weekly marketing reports, analyzing and summarizing campaign and funnel performance, offering valuable insights for ongoing enhancements
- Actively contribute to a team culture emphasizing testing, optimization, and continuous improvement of the consumer experience
- 1-3 years of B2C product marketing experience
- Proficiency with marketing systems like Braze, Pardot, Eloqua, Iterable, etc.
- Experience editing HTML email templates
- Ability to manage small campaigns independently and utilize analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Lightdash, etc.) for data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build cross-functional relationships
Location: This is a hybrid position based out of New York City, you will be expected to come into the office three days a week.
Compensation: The annual base salary for this role is $70,000 - $74,000. The actual base pay within this range depends on many factors, such as education, skills and experience. Base pay is only one part of Clair's competitive total compensation package which includes benefits, perks and equity. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
