Position Summary:

We're looking for an innovative, tech savvy Senior Media Manager to join Welch's Integrated Marketing & Communications team. You are responsible for leading the day-to-day media planning across brand and product initiatives, to drive a best-in-class consumer experience for paid and owned channels. You will lead our media agency to drive impactful, memorable, and growth-based plans.

Where You'll Work

This role will be based out of our Concord, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives, and collaboration is key.

Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage the development and execution of full funnel media marketing programs in partnership with brand leaders, and aligning with brand business objectives
  • Lead and own the media agency relationship and planning process, including (but not limited to) briefings, plan development and execution, budget management, billing and measurement
  • Leverage data and consumer insights to optimize plans and provide innovative solutions to reach our defined growth consumer
  • Manage existing retailer media JBP relationships and identify and build additional key retail media partnerships in partnership with the sales team
  • Provide ongoing strategic consultation and education to brand marketing team around new media and digital strategies
  • Champion new and innovative approaches, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Who You Are:

  • Media thought-leader with a passion for driving agile media solutions and using data to inform decisions
  • Passionate about CPG and staying on top of industry and cultural trends with a keen understanding of shopper media and innovative media technologies
  • Possess the ability to collaborate with content partners and brand managers. A cross-functional mindset is a must.
  • A strong and clear communicator
  • Self-motivated - you can quickly identify needs and lead projects.
  • Someone who can be nimble and is open to change as we obsess the ever-changing consumer and media landscape.
  • Has a knack for multi-tasking - possesses strong project management skills an attention to detail

What You'll Need:

  • B.S. business related field
  • 8-10 years in media planning/buying at an agency or client-side
  • Expertise in building and executing omni-channel media campaigns from awareness to loyalty, including paid social (YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.), search, digital (including programmatic), OOH, Product Sampling, Streaming, Audio, Influencer and more.
  • Experience in media measurement, KPI setting/tracking. Deep knowledge of analytic platforms, SEO/SEM and tagging/reporting
  • Experience in agency management
  • Understanding of Store, eCommerce and performance marketing, with experience working in D2C platforms
